Guarantee/Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying the highest quality poker chips and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Rest assured that you can return anything, except customized items, for any reason or for no reason. We want you to be completely satisfied with your poker chips!
If you need to return something, please Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We must receive authorized returns within 14 days and the items must be unused and in the original packaging.
We will email you a return authorization document. Please include this document with your return. Without this paperwork in your return package, your return cannot be processed. Please do NOT ship products back to the address listed on our website, as this is our headquarters and not our warehouse.
Your full purchase price, minus shipping, will be refunded to you upon the return of the product if you received the correct product and it was not damaged. If you received the incorrect product or it was damaged, we will take responsibility for any additional shipping costs to correct the mistake. Your credit will be issued in the same manner payment was made to Simply Poker Chips.
When returning the product, please use a trackable package delivery. i.e. UPS Ground or USPS Priority with delivery confirmation. Your refund for return shipping (if applicable) will not exceed the UPS published rate for weight shipped.
