Q 01. I have a special request that I would like to go with my order. What should I do?
A 01. Please use the “Comments” section of the shopping cart when checking out to provide this extra information. Whenever we mention the “Comments” section in this FAQ, this is what we are referring to. After you have selected all of the products you would like to order and have clicked the “Checkout” button on the shopping cart, you will be taken to the “Shipping” page. The next page after the “Shipping” page is the “Payment” page and you will find the “Comments” section at the bottom.
Q 02. What shipping methods are available?
A 02. UPS Ground (Entire United States Only)
UPS 3 Day Select (Continental United States Only)
UPS 2nd Day Air (Entire United States)
UPS Next Day Air Saver (Entire United States)
USPS (Entire United States) – Only for 30 or less chips
Independent Freight Carrier (Continental United States Only) – Only for heavy items such as tables.
Freight fees appear on product page for US Only.
Note: All shipping is calculated in our shopping cart so long as you choose a shipping method appropriate for your location. If you choose an incorrect shipping method for your location, the shopping cart is going to error, shipping will display zero, and we will then update your order with the appropriate shipping and process your order.
If you have concerns about the shipping method you chose or a deadline for order arrival, please mention this in the “Comments” section.
Q 03. Can I charge the shipping to my own UPS/Fedex account?
A 03. No, we are unable to do this.
Q 04. What countries do you ship to?
A 04. United States Only.
Q 05. Can I get a shipping quote?
A 05. Our store is equipped to calculate the shipping for you. Please add the items to the shopping cart, provide your shipping address, choose a shipping method, and you will receive a shipping quote real-time. You do not have to enter any credit card information to do this, so there should be no fear of being charged. This is exactly what we would have to do to calculate a quote for you, so please follow the above procedure.
Q 06. How long until my order ships?
A 06. UPS Ground typically leaves the warehouse in 2-3 business days.
UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day placed by 5am CST Monday-Friday ship same day.
If you have an arrival deadline, you must select UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day, or Next Day.
Weekend delivery not available and express shipping does not speed up Custom Orders.
During periods of high volume, such as the holiday season, allow 3-4 business days for an order to ship, when using UPS Ground or Freight.
Note: This does not include shipping time.
Q 07. What is the deadline for express shipping if I want my order to leave the warehouse today?
A 07. Orders must be placed by 12:00pm Central Time on any weekday.
Q 08. How long does it take to ship to me with UPS Ground?
A 08. Pacific/Mountain Time Zone typically 4-5 business days
Central Time Zone typically 2-3 business days
Eastern Time Zone typically 1-3 business days
Note: This does not include time to leave the warehouse.
Q 09. Can you ship on Saturday or Sunday?
A 09. No, our warehouses are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Q 10. Is Saturday or Sunday delivery available?
A 10. No, we do not offer delivery on weekends.
